Altered States Coaching focuses on the individual and what they need from us to achieve their goals.

 

There must be a balance between training and the athlete’s pre-existing commitments and interests. This is the only way the athlete will achieve longevity in their sport. Through sport we believe they can increase their health which is the number one goal of Altered States. Through this balance, an athlete can experience an increase in quality of life. Lastly, this philosophy will increase performance as the athlete is able to sustain a consistent training state which is one of the main contributors to athletic performance.

 

Altered States Coaching is developing a community to meet the many needs of athletes. Some days you need someone encouraging you. Some mornings you need someone to hold you accountable. Other days you may need the competition to push yourself through the last 10% of the workout.
